We are always happy to work with you to create reprints of articles from Engineering Automation Report. Reprints can be produced in either hard copy or in electronic (PDF) format for email and web distribution.

The above prices are for 2-color reprints (Engineering Automation Report is a 2-color publication). On reprints of four pages or more, only the outside (front and back) are 2-colors. For 4-color reprints, add $800 per impression (per-side per-sheet) to the price for the first 1,000 copies and an extra $400 per impression for additional thousands.
Unlimited Electronic Reprints for Email and Web Distribution
Reprints can also be made available in the print look-alike Adobe Acrobat electronic file format (PDF). This file format can be read with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader program that is available for PCs, UNIX workstations, and the Macintosh. Electronic reprints include unlimited, worldwide distribution rights via all methods including the Internet. Electronic versions display images in color in place of the grayscale used in our printed versions. These prices do not include permission for subsequent bulk printing of the reports.
Additional information regarding printed reprints
- Shipping is extra. Customers may have shipping charges
billed directly to their account with UPS or FedEx. (Please be sure to
include your account number.) If you specify that reprints must arrive
at their destination(s) by a certain date, we will chose the appropriate
service to make it happen. In some cases, the bulk of an order will be sent
via UPS Ground while the rest is FedEx'd to a show or conference location.
Shipping charges that are not directly charged to a customer's shipping
account will be invoiced with the reprint plus $20.
- Turn-around time is typically six (6) business days from the initial order
to fully printed copies that are ready to ship. This assumes two things: 1)
any additional images to be included in the reprint are received by us
within 24 hours of the order; and 2) we receive same day approval of the
final layout via fax and telephone confirmation. Send any additional images
via email to david.cohn@eareport.com,
using the .JPG format.
- To rerun something that we have already printed once, deduct $100 from the
price of the first 1,000 copies.
- Quantity discounts: Call to give us the specs. We will get back to you
with a quote after we speak with our printer.
- Corporate subscribers receive a 12%
discount off specific portions of the cost of reprints. Please contact us
for specifics.
- Shrink-wrapping adds two days to the delivery period:
